kdc/one Scented & Living Solutions division has an exciting internship opportunity in ESG, Sustainability & Compliance. During the project, you will support the Sustainability Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help implement emerging ESG, sustainability, and climate regulations impacting the chemical and FMCG manufacturing sector. You will gain hands‑on experience interpreting key regulatory developments, including EUDR, PPWR, EMPCO, CSDDD, and CSRD, and translating requirements into practical business actions.

This opportunity is ideal for a scientifically minded student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a genuine passion for sustainability. Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • Recent graduate in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Materials Science, Sustainability, or a related field
  • Strong interest in ESG, sustainability, and environmental/social impact topics
  • Analytical mindset with scientific curiosity and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and interpret complex regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Interest in digital tools, data systems, and compliance solutions
  • Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic multinational FMCG environment.
