The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations seeks a Senior Food Safety Officer (JECFA Secretary) to lead scientific advice on food safety and to coordinate the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives. The role is based in Rome, Italy, within ESF, with a two-year appointment and possibility of extension.
The candidate will manage complex teams, provide policy guidance to Member Nations, and engage with international partners to strengthen food safety standards.
