Four Seasons Hotel Milano is offering a 6-month Pastry Department internship in Milan. You will learn various pastry production techniques and assist with sweets, cakes, ice creams, sorbets and fruit compotes under guidance, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
As part of the Pastry team, you will prepare items according to guest orders and banquet events while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
