The Product Manager — Industrial Process Cooling plays a key role in shaping product strategy and execution for a critical portfolio supporting industrial customers across EMEA. This role is responsible for defining and driving solutions that meet demanding customer requirements for process reliability, operational efficiency, temperature control, uptime, and sustainability.
This role requires a strong understanding of industrial customer requirements, application trends, and process cooling market dynamics. A forward-looking mindset and the ability to translate market developments into winning product strategies are essential.
The successful candidate will translate customer needs, market trends, and technical requirements into differentiated product strategies that support customer value, innovation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Translate customer, market, and technical insights into product requirements, feature priorities, and portfolio investment decisions.
* Serve as a key voice of the market and customer in defining products that address performance, reliability, serviceability, energy efficiency, and sustainability requirements.
* Assess market trends in, de-centralized process cooling, thermal management, fluid cooling and heating, , and sustainable industrial operations to inform portfolio direction.
* Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for the industrial process cooling portfolio.
* Develop a strong understanding of industrial process cooling applications, system architectures, hydronic and refrigerant-based systems, heat rejection strategies, and integration requirements across customer environments.
* Build business cases for new product development, portfolio expansion, and lifecycle decisions.
* Support product launches and commercialization through positioning, customer value proposition development, sales enablement, and market introduction planning.
* Monitor product line performance across revenue, margin, adoption, competitive position, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Partner with engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, sales, marketing, and service teams to develop and launch competitive industrial process cooling solutions.
* Work closely with technical teams to understand system-level tradeoffs involving capacity, temperature range, efficiency, refrigerants, controls, redundancy, maintainability, and installation constraints.
* Support lifecycle planning from concept through launch, sustainment, and end-of-life management.
* Engage with regional market teams and customers to identify unmet needs, emerging applications, and opportunities for growth across industrial segments. Qualifications* Master’s degree in engineering, , or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, , or a related business or technical role.
* Strong understanding of industrial process cooling markets, applications, and trends.
* Demonstrated success leading products or portfolios in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
* Experience developing roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies.
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and business acumen.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and financial performance in decision-making.
* Ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders on process cooling applications, product requirements, and customer use cases. Preferred Qualifications* Experience with industrial process cooling systems, chillers, heat pumps, thermal management systems, HVAC hydronics, or refrigeration applications.
* Strong understanding of industrial customer processes and requirements across sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, manufacturing, battery, or other temperature-critical environments.* Understanding of system concepts such as fluid temperature control, pumping, heat exchangers, heat recovery, controls, refrigerants, and energy optimization.
* Knowledge of customer requirements related to uptime, reliability, maintainability, scalability, safety, and energy efficiency.
