The Advocate Group are partnered with an innovative outdoor brand as part of their EMEA Marketing team Looking for a passionate and collaborative Junior Marketer to support all marketing activities across Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing strategies across retail, digital, social, and PR channels.
  • Coordinate key account marketing programs to drive sales with major retailers and specialty stores.
  • Manage seasonal POS and contribute to European social media platforms.
  • Work with internal and external teams to implement marketing activations and events.
  • Support budget management and track PR coverage.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Previous experience in marketing or PR.
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends.
  • Experience in footwear, fashion, or sports industries.
