Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager who will join the team dedicated to the administration and invoicing tools on Tot platform. You will lead our team of designers and tech in order to build a product that satisfies our customers needs.

What you will do

• Define the product vision. Together with founders, you will collaborate with the engineering team, and all main stakeholders to conceive the roadmap by centralizing and prioritizing demands that bring the most value to Tot's business
• Translate business's needs in actionable tasks for our engineering team
• Discover new solutions. We are on the forefront of innovation, and want you to be on stage: be adaptive and find new strategies or cool solutions to our customers' problems
• Grow. You will join a fast growing company and ou will have the opportunity to take charge and soon build a team with you

What you need to succeed

We are looking for ambitious and dedicated individuals with a passion for product management and a results-oriented approach. If you have these qualities, Tot could be your next professional adventure:

• +3-5 years of experience building new products in an agile environment. Experience in invoicing or business SaaS is a big plus
• You have experience with Agile frameworks and love their ceremonies
• Obsessed with customers' needs: you motivate yourself by finding, and solving, those needs, and on building the cleverest solutions
• You have an understanding on how things work technically: you don't need to be an Engineer, but a curious person
• The answers are in the data, and you know that
• You know how to coordinate projects and bring them to life with strong attention to details.
• You are fluent in italian and english
• You graduated from a business or engineering school (or equivalent)
