A-ROSA Lago di Garda invites an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver 5-star dining on the Garda coast. The role reports to the General Manager and Corporate Chef, opening in November 2026.
You will develop menus, source ingredients, monitor stock, and ensure HACCP compliance while motivating a skilled kitchen team and coordinating with HR on shifts and training. Private accommodation is provided.
