Per conto di un'azienda cliente, realtà Fashion & Luxury con un solido heritage internazionale, LHH Recruitment Solutions è alla ricerca di un/a Accounting & Reporting Specialist.

La risorsa riporterà direttamente al CFO internazionale e assumerà un ruolo operativo e di supervisione nelle principali operazioni finanziarie e nelle funzioni amministrative della Branch italiana, con sede a Milano Centro.

Responsibilities

  • Gestire e supervisionare i processi di contabilità fornitori, contabilità clienti e gestione cespiti, garantendo accuratezza e aggiornamenti tempestivi.
  • Produrre reportistica finanziaria e dichiarazioni fiscali in collaborazione con consulenti esterni.
  • Coordinarsi con i commercialisti delle filiali (Francia, Regno Unito, Giappone) per la chiusura mensile e annuale dei bilanci.
  • Tenere i rapporti con lo studio paghe per la gestione degli stipendi e degli adempimenti correlati.
  • Gestire ritenute d'acconto, liquidazioni IVA e LIPE.
  • Collaborare con il CFO nella gestione del budget annuale, del conto economico mensile e della previsione della liquidità.
  • Aggiornare e monitorare il file di cash flow per garantire una corretta gestione finanziaria.
  • Mantenere relazioni solide con i partner bancari locali.
  • Supervisionare attività amministrative generali dell'ufficio e della società.

Your Profile

  • Titolo di studio: Diploma in Amministrazione, Finanza & Marketing e/o Laurea triennale o magistrale in Economia, Management o Contabilità.
  • Lingue: Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo B2, scritto e parlato).
  • Esperienza e competenze tecniche: 4 anni di esperienza nelle attività, autonomia nell'elaborazione del bilancio ante imposte, conoscenza dei principali dichiarativi fiscali e delle relative scadenze, oltre alla capacità di produrre reportistica finanziaria basilare.
  • Soft skills: Eccellenti capacità organizzative, gestione efficace delle scadenze, attitudine positiva, orientamento al lavoro di squadra e proattività nell'apprendimento.

Si prevede concreto percorso di crescita nel ruolo.

RAL: 45.000€ + Ticket + Smart Working
