We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Support Agent to be integrated into our Team located in Bergamo.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative support requests related to payments, renewals, and domain operations (registration, transfer, ownership change).
  • Provide telephone and ticket-based support to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Promote and sell the company's services, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers professionally, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and optimize the service provided.
  • Maintain a strong focus on service quality.
Requirements:
  • Sales aptitude and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactivity, teamwork ability and goal orientation.
  • Previous experience in customer service is considered a plus.
