We are looking for a Financial Specialist to join our team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of
  • Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR): manage all accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Treasury Management: manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operations while optimizing the use of company funds.
  • General Ledger: maintain the company's general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, Internal control, and financial models to support company goals and decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, providing insights on performance and potential improvements.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: ensure that financial operations are compliant with local regulations and internal policies, supporting audits when necessary.

What We Wish You'd Bring With
  • Detail-oriented: strong ability to manage large sets of financial data and provide accurate and detailed analysis.
  • Presentation skills: able to effectively present complex financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a financial role, with hands-on knowledge in AP, AR, general ledger, FP&A, or treasury.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in financial software (ex: TeamSystem) Excel, and accounting systems.
  • Problem-solving: ability to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and implement improvements in financial processes.
  • Collaborative mindset: able to work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, and Operations to support business objectives.

NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous experience in large-scale project management.
  • Previous experience abroad.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
