We are a leading multinational company specializing in the production of high-quality components for household appliances. • Lead any negotiation (yearly/LTA/extraordinary) with his/her customers by ensuring to reach at least the minimum company target (Walk away) and targeting to maximize volumes, prices and mix;
• Propose to the Company leadership holistic solutions to solve complex commercial challenges for his/her Large accounts through analyses, business cases, presentations;
• Lead his/her customers product portfolio changes through collaborating with the engineering and product development teams;
• Prepare and maintain sales forecast in the short and long term through analyses and reports, tracking his/her sales performance against targets;
• Prepare and deliver commercial and technical presentations that explain our products to customers and prospective clients, through leading and aligning the internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Completed Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial branches such as mechanical, electrical or aerospace), alternatively in Economics
• At least 3 years in sales in the white goods industry
• Fluent in English while Italian/German are a plus
• Professional User of business common tools (SAP, excel, Google Office Suite, etc)
• Professional and emotional maturity
• Decision-making power and ability to assume leadership roles
• Advanced capability in communication and problem solving
