Business Analyst for Digital Credit Transformation

As one of the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Credit Digitalization and Transformation team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors, and solution specialists working with international banking groups, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Their main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clients
• Providing functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platform
• Preparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenarios
• Validating platform functionalities and assisting with go-live activities
• Delivering end-user training and providing post-implementation support
• Collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Master's degree in economics, informatics, engineering, or related disciplines with excellent grades
• Strong interest in leveraging technology to innovate in the financial sector
• Fluency in English (minimum B2); knowledge of additional languages is appreciated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of data management and query tools (e.g., SQL) is a plus
• Previous experience in banking processes and organization is advantageous
