Job Description
Xchanging Italy, part of DXC Technology group, is looking for a Software Developer for join in Market Data and Derivatives.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze functional requirements and regulatory developments;
* Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications;
* Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation in line with company standards;
* Participate in testing, validation, and release activities;
* Provide application support and operational oversight for the services managed by the team;

Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field;
* Previous experience in software development;
* Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, REST Web Services, and SQL;
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Pentaho, PowerShell, and Java EE/Jakarta EE technologies;
* Knowledge of Application Security practices and OWASP guidelines;
* Knowledge of EMIR regulation and the financial services industry is a plus;
* Familiarity with code versioning systems and build automation tools (Maven/Gradle) and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT);
* Good command of the English language.Work

Location:
Milan (MI) with Smartworking possibilityThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40.000. Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA:Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per il personale dipendente dalle imprese creditizie, finanziarie e strumentali) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
