Eligibility:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations.
• Strong expertise in corporate, contract, employment, business, and intellectual property law.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management within fast-scaling environments.
• High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate effectively with external counsel.
• Familiarity with legal tech tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making environments is preferred.
