ReportingdirectlytotheBarManager,thisroleplaysanessentialpartindeliveringexceptionalbeverageexperiencesbysupportingthedailyoperationsofthebarandensuringthehigheststandardsofservice,preparation,andpresentation.TheCommisdeBarassistsincreatingawelcomingandrefinedatmospherewhileembodyingthehospitalityvaluesandservicephilosophythatdefinetheJ.K.Placeexperience.
Theidealcandidateisenthusiasticaboutluxuryhospitality,eagertolearnandgrowwithintheworldofmixologyandbeverageservice,andcommittedtoexceedingguestexpectationsthroughprofessionalism,attentiontodetail,andteamwork.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- SupporttheBarManagerandBartendersinthesmoothandefficientoperationofthebarduringallserviceperiods.
- Prepareandorganizethebarmiseenplace,ensuringallproducts,equipment,garnishes,andsuppliesarereadilyavailableforservice.
- Assistinthepreparationofcocktails,beverages,freshingredients,garnishes,syrups,andotherbarrequirementsaccordingtoestablishedstandards.
- Ensurebarareas,equipment,glassware,andstorageareasaremaintainedinimpeccableconditionandcleanlinessatalltimes.
- Welcomeandinteractwithguestsinawarm,professional,anddiscreetmanner,reflectingtheJ.K.Placephilosophyofpersonalizedhospitality.
- Servebeveragesaccuratelyandefficientlywhilemaintainingthehigheststandardsofpresentationandservice.
- Maintainthoroughknowledgeofbeveragemenus,cocktailrecipes,spirits,wines,beers,andnon-alcoholicofferings.
- Assistinmonitoringstocklevelsandsupportinventorycontrolprocedures,reportingshortagesordiscrepanciestosupervisors.
- Ensureproperstorage,handling,androtationofbeverageproductsinaccordancewithcompanystandards.
- SupportbeverageservicethroughoutallFood&Beverageoutlets,includingtheLoungeTerraceandPoolarea,wheneverrequired.
- Collaboratecloselywiththerestaurant,kitchen,andbarteamstoensuresmoothcommunicationandseamlessguestexperiences.
- Contributetocreatingmemorableandpersonalizedguestexperiencesthroughattentiontodetailandexceptionalservice.
- Followallhealth,safety,hygiene,andsanitationregulations,aswellascompanypoliciesandprocedures.
- Demonstrateprofessionalism,teamwork,andrespectwhileactingasanambassadoroftheJ.K.Placecultureandvalues.
