Battery System Engineer

Forteco, società di ingegneria in continua espansione, è alla ricerca di un / una Battery System Engineer esperienza per unirsi al team di sviluppo pacchi batterie. Il / La candidato / a ideale sarà responsabile della progettazione, sviluppo e gestione dei sistemi di batterie per applicazioni automotive.
Responsabilità principali :
- Progettare e sviluppare sistemi di batterie, incluse celle, moduli e pacchi batteria.
- Gestire tutte le fasi del processo di sviluppo delle batterie, inclusi tempi e costi.
- Collaborare con i team di architettura veicolo, telaio, test e qualità.
- Gestire le interazioni tecniche con i fornitori e valutare le proposte tecniche.
- Condurre test di convalida e analizzare i risultati per garantire prestazioni e affidabilità ottimali.
- Definire le specifiche tecniche del sistema batteria in termini di tecnologia, architettura, prestazioni, capacità, missione e durata.
- Sviluppare e rilasciare le specifiche funzionali dei componenti e sistemi (HW) interni.
- Supportare l'acquisizione dei componenti e la revisione tecnica delle proposte dei fornitori.
- Definire i tempi e i costi dello sviluppo e pianificare il rilascio del componente / sistema per la produzione di serie.
- Integrare i componenti e i sistemi all'interno del veicolo, inclusi disegni 2D e modelli 3D.
- Eseguire analisi e diagnosi delle anomalie, e approvare il DFMEA dei componenti.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Meccatronica, Elettrica, Elettronica, Chimica o discipline affini.
- Esperienza lavorativa da 2 a 5 anni nello sviluppo, applicazione o produzione di sistemi di batterie per trazione automobilistica.
- Conoscenza dei processi di produzione per batterie (Li-Ion LFP / NMC, Piombo).
- Familiarità con strumenti di simulazione di sistemi elettrici in ambito automobilistico.
- Capacità di lavorare in squadra e motivazione per guidare un team.
- Conoscenza delle normative automobilistiche per la convalida del software e la sicurezza del prodotto.
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, sia scritto che parlato (Livello B2).
- Conoscenza delle architetture dei sistemi elettrici / elettronici nel campo automobilistico.
- Esperienza con strumenti software e conoscenze di CAD
Completano il profilo eccellenti capacità comunicative, un approccio multidisciplinare, forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving, orientamento ai risultati, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
