Your contribution to the energy transition

As an experienced EPC Project Manager Team Lead, you will oversee our innovative project management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale project delivery within the photovoltaic and EPC sectors. This role involves supervising up to 8 team members, managing projects directly, and collaborating strategically with department heads on various initiatives.   1. Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of up to 8 project managers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  2. Project Mastery: Ensure the successful execution of multiple projects, keeping everything on time, within scope, and on budget.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Be the linchpin for stakeholders, maintaining clear and impactful communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Risk Navigator: Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, ensuring smooth project journeys.
  5. Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgets with precision, aligning financial targets to achieve company goals.
  6. Quality Advocate: Champion quality control processes, upholding our high standards across every project.
  7. Resource Strategist: Balance resources expertly to meet project deadlines and optimize team workloads.
  8. Mentor Extraordinaire: Foster growth within your team, providing guidance and opportunities for professional development.
  9. Innovative Leader: Lead continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing our project management methodologies.

Your energy is required

You impress us with these qualifications:

  1. Education: Degree in Business Administration or a related field. PMI certification is a plus. Training in contract management is beneficial.
  2. Experienced Leader: Over 10 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role, with a strong background in photovoltaic or EPC projects.
  3. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Teams.

  2. High-Pressure Performer: Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains composed under pressure.

  4. Versatile: Comfortable both in office settings and on construction sites, with a willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Work Environment:

  1. Reports directly to the Head of PMO & EPC Project Management.
