Overview
moncler is looking for a store operations manager for its milan galleria boutique.your impactas the operational backbone of the boutique you will ensure a seamless, high‑quality client experience by maintaining an organized environment, delivering exceptional after‑sales service, and supporting the sales team to maximise performance.
Key responsibilities
- lead the operational team to meet and exceed objectives.
- manage store assets, ensure compliance with procedures and internal policies.
- deliver after‑sales service, handling returns, exchanges and customer complaints with empathy.
- define, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (kpis) to drive operational excellence.
- oversee stock replenishment, inventory tracking and supply management to maintain optimal levels.
- coordinate back‑of‑house activities, shipments and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- strategically position products to support sales and enhance the client experience.
- organise team efforts, assign responsibilities and ensure collaborative achievement of goals.
- ensure all equipment and it tools essential to boutique performance are functional.
Qualifications
- initial managerial experience, preferably in luxury or structured retail environments.
- international experience is a plus.
- degree or specialization in retail management, finance, operations, after‑sales service or customer relationship management.
- strong expertise in inventory management.
- team leadership, recruitment and talent development capabilities.
- fluent in italian and english; additional languages are an advantage.
- digital mindset with excellent knowledge of microsoft office and proven experience with payment and inventory management systems.
Compensation & benefits
- ccnl tessile contract (type to be defined).
- gross annual salary €4700‑€5700, based on experience.
- performance‑based annual incentive (mbo).
- meal vouchers €10 per worked day.
