At Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Chef de Rang to join our F&B team. Working across our outlets, including The Organics SkyGarden rooftop and our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage different styles of service and oversee an assigned station with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain professional and ethical relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and guests at all times.
Actively contribute to teamwork and foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Ensure proper mise en place and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all service areas.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings to confidently assist guests and provide recommendations.
Ensure full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including refrigerator temperature monitoring, food labeling procedures, workstation sanitation, and the proper use of HACCP-approved products and practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Previous experience of at least 2 years as a Chef de Rang or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
