We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced US Tax Specialist to join our team and support U.S.-based clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing individual and business tax returns across a variety of tax forms, with strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Prepare and review individual and business tax returns across multiple tax forms, including 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120-S
Analyze financial information and supporting documentation to ensure accurate tax preparation
Review tax returns for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with U.S. tax regulations
Work with clients across multiple industries and business structures
Research tax issues and apply current U.S. tax laws and regulations
Organize and maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation
Communicate with clients to request missing information and clarify tax-related questions
Manage multiple tax returns and deadlines efficiently
Support the preparation process from start to finish while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
