JOB MISSION

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Research&Development (R&D) Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.

What You Will Do

Testing and Validation

  • Perform functional, dimensional, mechanical, performance, and analytical testing on packaging components, materials, and systems.
  • Execute company testing protocols related to torque measurement, leakage testing, dispensing performance, priming time, content evacuation and residual content, migration studies, transportation testing, drop testing, label and decoration assessment, and accelerated aging evaluations.
  • Prepare test samples, define testing conditions, and ensure compliance with established methods, timelines, sample sizes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze results critically, identify anomalies and potential risks, recommend further investigations or corrective actions, and prepare traceable technical reports.
  • Ensure proper use, calibration oversight, and management of laboratory equipment while operating in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management System requirements.

Development of New Testing Methods

  • Design, validate, and implement new testing methodologies for packaging materials, components, and systems.
  • Define experimental plans, test parameters, sampling approaches, testing conditions, acceptance criteria, and data-processing methods.
  • Compare newly developed methods with existing testing approaches and document repeatability, reproducibility, sensitivity, limitations, and application scope.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of the company’s validation framework.

Instrumental Testing and Innovation

  • Assess, select, and introduce new analytical instruments and technologies for material characterization and packaging performance evaluation.
  • Conduct instrumental testing activities such as force measurement analysis, vacuum testing, infrared (IR) and spectroscopic analysis, advanced dimensional measurements, mechanical testing, and transportation or environmental stress simulations.
  • Analyze instrumental data, identify correlations with real-world packaging performance, and support the development of predictive risk indicators at the initial validation stage.
  • Collaborate with equipment suppliers, external laboratories, universities, and scientific partners to evaluate emerging technologies, perform benchmark testing, and validate new solutions.
  • Ensure the proper use, routine verification, maintenance, and operational availability of assigned laboratory equipment.

Materials, Sustainability, and Compliance

  • Characterize and assess packaging materials, including innovative, lightweight, recycled, and recyclable materials.
  • Evaluate the impact of material properties on packaging functionality, formula-to-pack compatibility, and overall packaged product robustness.
  • Support Design for Recycling initiatives, recyclability assessments, and recycled-content projects by contributing to the technical validation of solutions against Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) requirements.
  • Collect, review, and manage technical data, certificates, and supplier declarations required for material qualification and traceability.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

  • Create and maintain testing protocols, standard operating procedures, test sheets, and technical reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
  • Archive test results and data according to company standards, contributing to the development of a searchable technical knowledge database.
  • Share findings, limitations, recommendations, and technical evidence with Packaging teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Promote a testing culture grounded in scientific methodology, data quality, traceability, and risk-based decision-making.
