Di cosa ti occuperai?

Il ruolo prevede la gestione e il supporto dei nostri sistemi interni, in particolare quelli legati alla preparazione e gestione delle spedizioni. Sarai la figura chiave per assicurare il corretto funzionamento delle nostre piattaforme e sarai responsabile delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione e manutenzione dei sistemi interni di gestione della preparazione delle spedizioni, garantendo la massima efficienza e affidabilità.
  • Monitoraggio costante dello stato di avanzamento delle spedizioni attraverso i sistemi, identificando e risolvendo tempestivamente eventuali anomalie o blocchi.
  • Preparazione tecnica delle spedizioni e delle lettere di vettura, assicurando la corretta generazione e la conformità documentale.
  • Generazione di reportistica dettagliata sullo status di avanzamento delle spedizioni, fornendo dati utili per l'ottimizzazione dei processi.
  • Supporto tecnico agli utenti interni per problemi legati ai sistemi di cui sopra, offrendo soluzioni rapide ed efficaci.
  • Collaborazione con altri team per l'implementazione di nuove funzionalità o l'ottimizzazione di quelle esistenti.

Cosa cerchiamo in te?

  • Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di IT Support o similare.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi operativi (Windows, Gmail) e delle reti.
  • Capacità di analizzare e risolvere problemi in modo autonomo e proattivo.
  • Familiarità con la reportistica e l'analisi dei dati.
  • Buone doti comunicative e relazionali.
  • Orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare sotto pressione.
  • Un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e stimolante.
