ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of South Eastern Europe Digital Team based in Rome and is a great opportunity to learn and get fully involved in a multi-cultural, open environment.

This internship is a structured learning experience that combine in-class theory with real-world applications, while being supported by an experienced team of professionals.

As a E-commerce Intern you will be part of the South Europe Area E-commerce team supporting in multiple activities. Strategic topics as well as operational tasks right from the beginning and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the business results.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of eCommerce campaigns and promotional activities.Assist in website content management and product catalogue optimization.
• Analyze website performance, customer behaviour and campaign results using digital analytics tools.Support A/B testing and personalization initiatives aimed at improving conversion and customer experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including CRM, Brand, Supply Chain, Legal and external agencies.
• Contribute to the implementation of new digital features, product launches and customer-facing initiatives.Prepare performance reports, business analyses and executive presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities, digital trends and ecommerce best practices

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Digital Management, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in Digital Commerce, Customer Experience and online consumer behaviour.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic business environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, experience with Adobe Analytics, Magento, Shopify
• Understanding of AI powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
