We are an established IT company experiencing continuous growth, focused on developing innovative technological solutions and advanced construction criteria. We are seeking a Product Manager to ensure the implementation and development of information systems supporting CRM processes in the Energy & Utilities sector.
The selected candidate will be the primary technical and functional reference for clients across Italy and internationally, ensuring effective product strategy planning, implementation, and continuous improvement. They will coordinate an internal Product Management team, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Solution Specialists, overseeing planning and estimation activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for achieving budget objectives in terms of revenue and contribution margin.
Main activities and responsibilities:- Analyze organizational processes of client companies in the Utilities sector, focusing on sales and distribution;
- Model business plans, from current state (As-Is) to desired future state (To-Be);
- Perform technical and economic evaluations supporting pre-sales activities;
- Propose customized software solutions, ensuring compliance with current regulations;
- Approve functional and technical analyses, including system parameterization;
- Support user testing, training, and go-live management;
- Supervise proper software implementation and quality control of project deliverables;
- Manage user feedback and issue resolution.
- Diploma and/or Degree in Economics, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
- Willingness to travel (clients, fairs, events);
- Proficiency in English.
Work location: Florence
Flexible smart working arrangements are available, alternating remote work with on-site presence. The position offers a permanent contract with competitive and motivating conditions, including an appropriate RAL based on the role.
