You will grow the ecommerce and digital channels we build, for the companies we work with and for our own products. You will connect the numbers to the craft: measurement, experiments and acquisition on one side, and on the other the content, the stores and the agents that sell and follow up.

What you will do.
Six things you will own from the start, in plain words. The scope grows with you.
- 01 Plan and run growth across ecommerce, search, social and messaging.
- 02 Set up measurement, so every decision starts from data.
- 03 Run experiments on stores and landing pages, and ship what wins.
- 04 Work with the Studio on content, and with the agents that sell and follow up.
- 05 Grow stores across markets and languages: English, Italian and Chinese.
- 06 Report clearly to clients and to the team.
What you bring.
Nobody matches a list perfectly. If you have most of this and proof you can learn the rest, apply.
You have
- Experience growing ecommerce or digital products, with results you can explain.
- Strong analytics.
- Hands-on use of AI tools for content and analysis.
- A taste for good brands, not only good numbers.
Nice to have
- Selling in both Europe and China.
- Italian or Mandarin.
- Hands-on ecommerce platform setup.
