WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Visit consultants, house builders and installers in order to identify projects. Support consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions
• Support the sales team on projects
• Design the solution and submit it to the consultant and the installer. Follow up on projects in Salesforce and on the project pipeline on a monthly basis
• Support installers and consultants with training on products and software
• Provide market feedback to the business unit and reflect it in strategy/tactics reviews and future product development. In addition, suggest strategies to continue securing specifications
• Build strong relationships with specifiers in order to secure as many specified projects as possible. Furthermore, the goal is to make specifications difficult to replace and to stay informed of the latest market developments

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Basic knowledge of Heat Pump Technologies and Hydraulic Systems
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the field:
  • Specific products: Air-to-Water Heat Pumps and products for residential applications
  • Area of responsibility: Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo e Sardegna
• Proficient understanding and know-how of processes, technologies, products or other relevant fields of expertise
• Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical and conceptual principles and techniques
• Willingness to travel
• Languages: English level B1-B2

Starting salary from €40.000 gross per year (RAL) + performance-based bonus (MBO).
The final compensation package will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
