At Antal International, within our Event Sector , we are currently looking for an Event Project Manager to Italy Market ,l for one of our clients, a leading international events agency.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic international events agency that delivers high-end events for international clients.

Lead projects from the conceptual stage through to execution, managing clients, budgets, suppliers, and production teams to deliver exceptional international events.

Manage relationships with international clients.
Understand client briefs, objectives, and expectations.
Ensure an exceptional client experience.
Lead projects from the initial briefing through to final delivery.
Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisuals, branding, entertainment, transportation, and logistics.
Manage suppliers and production partners.
Ensure seamless execution throughout the event.
Manage project budgets and profitability.
Negotiate with suppliers and partners.
Monitor costs, contracts, and invoices.
3+ years of experience in event management, MICE, event production, corporate events, incentives, or conferences.
Espanish– C1 level is a plus.
Experience working in international environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong client focus and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
