Salary Range: EUR 35,000 - 40,000 + variable, in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices.

What You’ll Do

To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our B2B Team. You will report to our Client Success Lead and will own the success, retention and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients.

• Stakeholder Management: Owning and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving strong account governance and long‑term partnerships.
• Adoption & Engagement: Designing and executing strategies to increase program awareness, usage and value.
• Performance & Analytics: Tracking key metrics and translating insights into scalable, data‑driven actions.
• Account Growth: Identifying renewal and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales and cross‑functional teams.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring operational alignment and proactive issue resolution to deliver a high‑quality experience and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction ??

Must-have skills

• 4+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or similar roles (B2B preferred; HR Tech/Welfare is a plus).
• Proven experience with structured Client Success frameworks, including QBRs, account health scoring and playbooks.
• Strong analytical mindset: confident working with dashboards, trends and insights to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Hubspot knowledge is a plus)
• Passionate about mental health and well-being, with a strong desire to contribute to a mission‑driven organization.
