Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Project Manager to join our organization in the Naples, FL area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Tampa, FL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ, with projects ongoing throughout the country. The right candidate will have at least 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential, retail, and substantial other commercial construction. Path is looking for people with great technical skills, good communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Duties for Senior Project Managers include:

  1. Leading and managing a project team in building successful projects
  2. Cost control for full P+L responsibility
  3. Managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers
  4. Contract administration
  5. Procurement
  6. Estimating
  7. Pay requests
  8. Change orders
  9. Requests for information
  10. Cost control
  11. Scheduling
  12. Tracking submittals
  13. Safety controls
  14. Maintaining and delivering a high level of quality

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
  • 7+ years construction experience
  • Primavera/Microsoft Project scheduling experience
  • Occasional travel (1-3 days per month)
  • Estimating experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Procore
