The position is based in our HQ in Rome. The mission for the role of Junior Jewelry Designer is to support to design and create jewelry and fashion bijoux accessory products based on the main collection and market trends. The Jr. Jewelry Designer will work closely with the design team and product development teams to contribute to the successful creation of high-quality fashion jewelry accessories. Main Responsibilities Creative vision for new collections: The Junior Jewelry Designer need be able to develop new collections from creative inputs, including researching seasonal trends and exploring new material options. They contribute to the visual aesthetic and overall design direction of the collection; Collection Development: The Junior Jewelry Designer need to have sense of urgency and ability to multi-task, ensuring that the timeline and quality standards are met. They collaborate with the product development teams to meet cost and margin targets, while remaining aesthetically pleasing and on brand; Technical Expertise and Superior Knowledge of Jewelry Construction and Manufacturing: The Junior Jewelry Designer provides technical graphic design support, utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to refine material elements, create color variations, and produce digital placements and renderings. They help ensure that the designs are accurately represented and ready for production; Collaboration and Communication Skills: The Junior Jewelry Designer actively engages with colleagues, suppliers, and external partners with a positive attitude and confidence. They participate in meetings, assisting in coordinating activities related to the collection's development. Profile:

Experienced in Jewelry Design at least 2 years; Strong background and skills in fashion jewelry or Jewelry design. They have obtained a diploma or a master’s degree in Fashion Design, Jewelry Design, or a related field; Proficiency in using Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Hand Sketching; Knowledge in Jewelry construction, Jewelry materials; Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, detail oriented, manage multiple projects at any time; Strong organizational and communication skills; Proactive and responsible attitude; Proficiency in spoken\ written Italian and English is crucial for this role, as it is essential for effective communication within the organization.
