For a leading companies in the industrial of beauty, we are looking for a ADV Manager.The candidate will support the Digital & Media department and will be responsible for all the main digital e media campaigns and activities, directly reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities: -Management of the brand's media plan (advertising, programmatic, PPC campaigns, performance campaigns, etc.) coordinating with a global media agency -Management Pim Project in according with Global Guidelines -Develop and implement social media strategy across existing and new social media platforms ensuring strategic alignment of social media calendar with marketing and content calendars. Management of influencer activities (which ones/how many), both paid campaigns and free seeding and management of influencer events in collaboration with the marketing team -Manage and maintain social media analytic tools and reporting ensuring consistency with defined business KPIs. -The role expects frequent interactions with Marketing, Procurement, International Digital Department as well as External Agencies (Media Agency, Digital Agency).

Requirements: -3- 5 Years of experience in as ADV specialist -Strong knowledge of digital communications, emerging platforms and digital technologies (GA4, SEO, main media platform such as META, Google, Tik Tok). Nice to have: DV 360, Salesforce -Fluent in English and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, etc…) -Great passion for digital world, and constant keeping up to date with the state-of-the-art and the evolution in the digital sphere -High interpersonal and analytical skills, team-oriented, and proactive
