Platform Electrical Supervisor

• To supervise a high degree of ELEC activities during the construction/precommissioning/Commissioning

activities for the Platform (Wellhead platform, jacket topsides).

• To ensure proper coordination between construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

• To provide technical guidance to contractor and subcontractor work teams.

• Witness inspection activities based on the Quality Control Plan (ITP) and OPERCOM methodology

• The Job holder may also have to be involved in his discipline activities during WHP Topsides commissioning

(worksite), hook-up, installation, and offshore commissioning phases.

ACTIVITIES

HSE

• To achieve and to make achieve to the personnel, contractors / subcontractors the HSE rules of Austral

Total and of the Company.

• To achieve the goals and annual aims of the Project.

• To participate in HSE audits and visits to construction sites.

• To raise anomalies cards for any unsafe/safe situation observed

TTechnical

• During construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, the job holder shall:

- Review the relevant Contractors and suppliers ITP's and procedures (in coordination with EIT discipline);

- Monitor and control the implementation on site of the approved drawings and plans, Surveillance plans,

Inspection and test plans.

- Monitor and control CTR’s daily / weekly progress report for construction for all EIT activities

- Monitor the work deficiencies and ensure the implementation of the necessary corrective actions.

- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.

- Stop & report immediately to EIT SPDT any anomaly or non-conformity.

- Participate to construction, HSE or QAQC specific audits or visits; Provide regular inspection & activity

reports.

- Follow up on the implementation of decided action plans, or other mitigation plan issued.

- Review and approve the installation of All Ex-equipment

- Use the WHP Topsides 3D model tool to check/to anticipate potential clash during Shelter construction

- Ensure that Contractor and Vendors personnel are qualified for the task they’ve been assigned to.

- Issue Non-Conformance reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports and validate dispositions.

Intervene as necessary where warranted.

- Issue and/or participate in the issuance/resolution of Deviation and TQ applicable to EIT discipline with support

of relevant disciplines engineer (Electrical, Instrumentation, telecom)

- Assist reporting during all phases and more particularly the close-out report and lesson learnt.

- Witness precommissioning/Commissioning activities for his discipline and ensure that ICAPS test and check

sheets are duly filled.

- Review Pre-commissioning/Commissioning dossier with its associated certificates if requested by his SPDT

• To monitor and report preparation of COW activities if any.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Confirmed ELECTRICAL expertise, with at least 15 years’ experience in large international projects (offshore

platform)

• Electrical experience : practical knowledge of LV Technical room , power layout, earthing and lighting

• Background with TOTALENERGIES. General Specifications

• Good Knowledge of OPERCOM / ICAPS Methodology

• A good knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry Standards and International codes/standards related to design,

fabrication, inspection and pre-commissioning.

• Fluency in Italian and English. Italian is a plus
