Stiamo cercando un Technical Lead Engineer per supportare tutte le attività ingegneristiche relative all'ambito di automazione nelle sottostazioni ad alta e media tensione, incluse le attività di test e messa in servizio.Sarà il punto di riferimento per garantire che le attività di ingegneria, test e messa in servizio siano eseguite in modo efficiente ed economicamente vantaggioso, rispettando le aspettative del cliente, le specifiche contrattuali, le politiche della società, gli standard di qualità e i requisiti di sicurezza. Come il tuo contributo farà la differenza

Sarai responsabile delle seguenti attività: Agire come referente tecnico e autorità di progettazione per i deliverable ingegneristici, coprendo tutte le discipline tecniche pertinenti;Coordinare tutte le attività tecniche durante l’intero ciclo del progetto, comprese le fasi di test e messa in servizio;Collaborare strettamente con i clienti per definire e realizzare soluzioni, utilizzando i feedback ricevuti per migliorare l’innovazione e mantenere elevati livelli di soddisfazione del cliente;Lavorare a stretto contatto con colleghi e ingegneri di varie discipline, condividendo conoscenze tecniche e best practice con team situati nell'area HUB Europa;Preparare il design base per sistemi di automazione, controllo e protezione delle sottostazioni e verificarne l'implementazione nel design dettagliato;Assumere la responsabilità di aspetti specifici di progettazione dettagliata, test o messa in servizio secondo le necessità del progetto;Supportare il Project Manager nelle stime di costo, nella preparazione di stime e nella gestione di richieste di modifica dell'ambito di progetto, valutando i relativi impatti economici, temporali e di rischio;Fornire dettagli tecnici, informazioni finanziarie e deliverable per le proposte commerciali;Risolvere problematiche tecniche complesse sia da remoto che in loco presso clienti nazionali e internazionali;Assicurarsi che il progetto rispetti le politiche aziendali in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente.Experis è la società IT & Technology del Gruppo Manpower. • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica o Automazione (o simile); • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in progetti di automazione per sottostazioni; • Conoscenza dei relè di controllo e protezione e delle soluzioni per sottostazioni di alta e media tensione; • Conoscenza delle reti LAN standard e industriali; • Competenze nell'automazione industriale e nel settore elettrico (PLC, RTU, SCADA); • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buon livello di inglese (B2); • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, proattività, attitudine al lavoro in team e capacità di problem solving.
