Production Planner

is the role that guarantees and carries out the activities in charge of Production Planning Office in order to achieve the production standards of quality and punctuality of the BLM GROUP products and services established by the Management and aimed at the customer. Responsabilities Process, update and manage production orders; Monitor the progress of production, in order to meet deadlines and optimize production capacities; Contribute to satisfying the Quality of Service offered to the customer; Work in synergy with their work group and with the corporate functions involved.

Activities Generation of production orders; Production capacity reservation: management of factory documents, planning of production orders and response with delivery times; Management of production order data (personal data, production cycles and bills of materials); Inventory control and consequent procurement of raw materials necessary for production, in collaboration with the Purchasing area; Control of production progress and development of alternative programs to respond to frequent emergencies and to optimize production capacities and the use of plants; Support for continuous improvement projects of production processes from a Lean Production point of view. Note : in relation to the above, it is important to underline that in every job description the information provided is necessarily concise, focused on the main objectives set by the position; in the normal course of work, it is necessary to provide for integration with tasks, activities and responsibilities that have logical relevance and correlation with the description and information expressed. Must have Degree or diploma in management (preferential qualification is a degree in industrial engineering, production process engineering, management engineering); 3 years' experience in a similar position; Knowledge - and possibly also experience - of fundamental IT tools and systems for modern production planning (ERP, MES, automatic warehouse management software); Familiarity with the use of IT tools, in particular good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required; Strong methodological orientation, in order to optimize activities relating to Production; Good relationship, listening and communication skills, aimed at creating constructive discussions between colleagues from upstream and downstream areas; Organizational attitudes aimed at the circulation of information and time management; Knowledge of the English language, at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have Work experience in industrial companies that design and build industrial automation machines or systems.
