will play a key role in driving product innovation and growth within the
Italian market. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your

dermatological beauty.Strategy & Innovation: Lead the development and execution of product strategies, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends. Conduct competitive analyses and identify opportunities for innovation.Portfolio Management: Manage the product lifecycle, optimizing product performance and profitability. Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&I, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and launch. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Operational Excellence: Oversee product forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain management to ensure optimal product availability and cost efficiency.
