Descrizione Per importante azienda siamo alla ricerca della figura di Head of Planning & Control che entri a far parte del Dipartimento di Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo (AFC). La risorsa, in collaborazione con il CFO, coordinerà le funzioni di Financial Controlling e Project Control e assicurerà l’espletamento di tutte le attività di Pianificazione e Controllo ad ampio spettro.In particolare, si occuperà di:- Definizione del modello di controllo in termini di struttura, ribaltamenti, allocazioni e costo orario e/o giornate uomo;- Implementazione della conseguente contabilità industriale in SAP ed extra SAP (riconciliazioni);- Indirizzo e coordinamento delle funzioni di Financial Controlling e Project Control;- Redazione del budget annuale, del piano economico quinquennale e multi annuale d’azienda - Redazione del Consolidato gestionale preventivo e Consuntivo - Razione del Bilancio Gestionale consuntivo con evidenza scostamenti, R&O es azioni correttive (report riclassificati ed indicatori);- Supporto alla stesura del Bilancio di esercizio ITA GAAP e IFRS;- Supporto ERM Manager in Enterprise risk management report (ERM);- Internal & External reporting.Titolo di studioLaurea in economia aziendale o similari.Esperienza lavorativa pregressaAlmeno 3- 5

anni di esperienza nel Financial Controlling in grandi Gruppi o Multinazionali.Competenze Richieste·

Esperienza di calcolo metodologia cost/cost IAS e & IFRS;·

Principi contabili Italiani e internazionali;·

Uso professionale pacchetto office, con particolare riguardo a excel;·

Conoscenza applicativo SAP moduli – FI CO SD MM;·

Inglese livello intermedio;·

Abilità elaborazione e analisi grandi dati;·

Approccio al problem solving;·

Capacità di iterazione a tutti i livelli – leadership model;·

Capacità di organizzare tempo e tasks·
