Fornire le linee guida per la definizione del piano di esecuzione della costruzione durante le prime fasi del progetto;
Partecipare alla definizione della pianificazione complessiva del progetto e della programmazione delle attività di costruzione;
Assicurare l'applicazione e, ove non già disposto in fase di progettazione, l'emissione di idonee procedure per la definizione delle modalità di lavoro e delle norme di cantiere;
Garantire che le attività vengano eseguite nei tempi e nei costi previsti, coordinando e istruendo di conseguenza la squadra e intervenendo con azioni correttive in caso di deviazioni o difficoltà;
Garantire l'attuazione di piani di recupero, se necessario, compresa la ripianificazione delle attività e la riassegnazione dell'ambito di lavoro ai subappaltatori, o intervenendo con l'assunzione diretta di personale
Coordinare l'esecuzione delle attività di costruzione multidisciplinari e gestire le attività affidate ai subappaltatori, fornendo le linee guida per l'esecuzione dei lavori e monitorando l'adeguatezza della manodopera e delle attrezzature per far fronte alle
attività di costruzione
Fornire supporto tecnico al project management per valutare eventuali richieste di variazione
Garantire il raggiungimento delle tappe costruttive stabilite, compresi gli obiettivi di completamento meccanico
Gestire le interfacce con il Cliente per tutte le questioni relative alle attività di costruzione e con gli uffici tecnici per la disponibilità dei disegni e dei materiali
Garantire l'implementazione delle procedure HSE per la costruzione e il pre-commissioning
Riportare al Direttore del Progetto e al Project Manager su questioni rilevanti per l'esecuzione della costruzione;
Garantire la revisione dei documenti contrattuali relativi alla costruzione, interfacciandosi con le altre funzioni di progetto Competenze ed esperienza Requisiti: laurea in Ingegneria Civile o Architettura Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (eventuale conoscenza del francese rappresenterebbe titolo preferenziale) > 10 anni di esperienza con organizzazioni professionali e imprese di costruzioni nella esecuzione di progetti di successo Capacità di pianificazione e controllo/gestione dei progetti Disponibilità a trasferte internazionali Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità professionale
