Located on major routes near convenient amenities, Superchargers keep our customers charged when they are away from home. As the expansion of our charging infrastructure continues to grow, we are now hiring a Project Developer to continue to develop the Supercharging network by finding and acquiring the best locations for our Superchargers in Italy. In your day-to-day activities you will work on market research, business analysis, development of new business propositions, prospecting potential site hosts, pitching our proposition, negotiating, and closing deals. What You’ll DoIdentify and acquire potential Supercharging locations by connecting with site hosts and presenting our Supercharging propositionConduct preliminary assessments of potential locations, considering urbanistic status and power availabilityReview lease contracts and manage negotiations to secure suitable locations.Develop a robust strategy for the Supercharging network in Italy, ensuring an exceptional customer experienceFacilitate smooth handover of projects to the construction department, providing support until site commissioningMonitor tenders in the charging industry and participate in offer proposalsIdentify and develop key accounts for potential multi-site partnershipsStay up-to-date of market conditions, business trends, and news relevant to the charging industryWhat You’ll BringMinimum of 1 year of working experience in a commercial/business development role in real estate, charging or renewable energy industry Knowledgeable in all facets of the development process, including permitting, contractor selection and construction implementationEntrepreneurial and data-driven mindset with ability to find and act on opportunitiesAbility to manage 15+ projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM softwareWillingness to travel extensively on a regular basis (3-4 days per week on average including overnight stays)A Valid Driver's License

Fluency in English and Italian is necessary as English is the primarily language within the company
