Il candidato ha background in gestione progetti IT e possiede forti capacità analitiche e di team building. È un fattore distintivo di questo ruolo essere in grado di ottenere il meglio dalle persone del team e dai progetti che supervisiona e che riesca ad effettuare consegne puntuali entro i budget economici e qualitativi indicati. Responsabilità

Raggiungere gli scopi e gli obiettivi del progetto, coinvolgendo tutte le parti interessate e garantendo la fattibilità tecnica Organizzare e coordinare le risorse assegnate interne e terze parti/fornitori per la perfetta esecuzione dei progetti Supervisionare la consegna tempestiva di tutti i deliverable dei progetti, assicurandosi che rimangano nell’ambito e nel budget Allocare le risorse e garantirne la disponibilità Preparare un piano di progetto dettagliato e tenere traccia dei progressi e aggiornamenti Monitorare le prestazioni del progetto con l’ausilio di sistemi, strumenti e tecniche appropriati Gestire i cambiamenti nell’ambito del progetto, nella pianificazione e nei costi con l’aiuto di tecniche di verifica appropriate Preparare rapporti e presentarli alla direzione aziendale secondo necessità Mantenere i rapporti con il cliente e tutti gli stakeholder Analizzare e gestire i rischi al fine di minimizzare gli effetti negativi su un progetto Costruire e mantenere relazioni con terze parti/fornitori Preparare e rivedere la documentazione completa del progetto Gestione di tutte le fasi del ciclo di vita del software Pianificazione del progetto Mente analitica, in grado di fornire report dettagliati ma anche di riassumere lo stato del progetto, anticipare i rischi e gestire le criticità Atteggiamento positivo, grande energia, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di guidare i progetti Pianificazione delle risorse e monitoraggio del budget Altamente autonomo che può lavorare in modo indipendente, ma anche collaborare con un team più ampio Rigore nel seguire i processi di Project Management e di Reporting Interno Forti capacità analitiche nella risoluzione dei problemi Attenzione ai dettagli per anticipare qualsiasi rischio Distribuzione e configurazione del software, in conformità con le specifiche del sistema L’esperienza con le seguenti piattaforme e strumenti sarà considerata un plus: Wrike o altri strumenti di gestione di Planning Istruzione ed esperienza:

Almeno 2 anni di esperienza lavorativa in una posizione di gestione di progetto nel settore IT Significativa e comprovata esperienza nello sviluppo di software e tecnologie web Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione interna e di contatto con il cliente Eccellenti capacità organizzative, tra cui attenzione ai dettagli e capacità multitasking Buona esperienza pratica con Microsoft Office Forti capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale Formazione completa, preferibilmente nel campo dell’informatica o equivalente Ulteriori certificazioni come PMI-PMP o PRINCE sono considerate un plus Sede di lavoro: Roma Nome e Cognome
