Demonstrate your passion Navigate the complexities of brand positioning and consumer insights, translating them into resonant strategies. Captivate our uncharted target audience through remarkable campaigns and advertisement, elevating Costa’s brand strategy to the next level. Craft digital compasses by designing and delivering assets that guide our audience. Unleash your creativity to craft captivating marketing communications and motivate the target audience to “take action”. Thanks to your global mindset you are able to localize global strategies into local relevancy Get things right Contribute to the management of complex communication projects, cross-functional departments, and stakeholders. Set the coordinates for performance metrics, cost parameters, and sales estimates. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities Read the waves of marketing campaign performance, measuring ROI and KPIs. What makes you unique Your journey includes a minimum of 5-7 years of previous experiences or projects as a Brand Manager in global companies and/or advertising agencies. For this reason, we expect you to have a proven track record in developing brand and marketing strategies across international markets, and managing strategic partnerships. The intricate strategy you will be involved in requires a significant aptitude for managing complex projects and stakeholders. You gained a proven experience in organizing shooting and events. You are curious to firsthand experience our product to best convey the guest experience. Therefore, you are available to travel onboard our fleet. You embrace innovation, creativity, and strategy guided by strong digital advertising skills and a data-driven approach. Your fluency in English knows no bounds, reflecting your action and openness to the world. Excellence in teamwork comes naturally, inspiring others to give their best.
