Social and Content Manager Junior in INTERACTION FARM: join a team capable of combining digital & creative transversal skills to support and enhance marketing and communication strategies and actions for Companies and Brands. You have the opportunity right away to experience involvement in activities, both in the customer relationship phase and in participating in concept and execution, with guidance from colleagues. You will have the opportunity to measure yourself against companies and brands: INTERACTION FARM will challenge you in interpreting their vision, values and products to translate them into strategies and actions. We want to work side by side with people who share our vision of Digital Marketing in its centrality in omnichannel interactions with insight driven marketing approach. You’re wondering, specifically, what you’re going to do with us, here’s what we expect: -You are responsible for the delivery of the content strategy of the activities under your responsibility, in collaboration with the Digital and Content strategists. -Support Copywriting activities based on assigned specifications. -You are dedicated to writing reports based on the guidelines provided by the Digital Strategist -Implement editorial plans -Edit, correct and optimize the content produced -Create content for website and web app -Participate in live coverage during events, including on the field -Participate in community management on the channels manned within the projects of your responsibility, following planning and directions of colleagues and clients -Manage and monitor content distribution on online and social media channels -Assure compliance with INTERACTION FARM policies and guidelines. -You liaise with the work team and clients to gather useful input for implementation of activities -Participate in briefs with clients, including at their sites -Assure the quality of your work and that of the team. -Assure adherence to estimates, processing times, and deadlines approved by your Coordinator -Recap feedback from your internal contacts at INTERACTION FARM or at the client and develop consequent solutions -Early signs critical issues and opportunities related to your work -You stay on the cutting edge of the latest developments in technology, market and digital trends. As part of your activities, you will report directly to the strategists in the Digital & Content areas. Your Profile This is what we need to find in you. These are important experiences, skills and attitudes for the work we will tackle together. -Passion for digital, communication, innovation and interest in new trends -Propensity to work in contact with people -Bachelor’s or master’s degree -Ability to work in a team -Ability to understand and convert feedback from colleagues and customers into action -Excellent knowledge of international English -Intelligence, humility, tenacity, creativity, spirit of sacrifice -Precision -Knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of digital communication -Curiosity and familiarity in the professional use of major Social Media -Strong copywriting skills and passion for writing and telling ideas, stories, and emotions -Communication and presentation skills for concepts and projects -Ability to organize one’s own time and work What do we offer you?
