Brand & Product DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA We are looking for a Retail Buyer - Allocator for one of the most important apparel – fashion company retail oriented - HQ Milan, Italy

The main mission of the role is to contribute in building a solid central allocation strategy at WW level (Italy, Europe, USA)

The candidate will support in delivering the strategic execution of the seasonal buying strategy, driving performance and contributing to growth in the retail channel .

Main activities: • Analyze sales results by store daily • Adjust target levels for replenishment or change assortment • Execute transfers, optimize DC stock, monitoring out of stocks and fill size gaps • Prepares price promotion test cases and enter price changes. • Complete size analysis on a regional level to aid future buys. • Analyze business trends and communicate product needs to Merchandise Planner to achieve Budget • Communicate Availability, Transfers & Price changes to stores

Required Qualifications • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics • At least 3 year of working experience in a Fashion/Retail company • Strong analytical skills • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian • Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and diplomacy • Good knowledge of MS Office
