Rispondendo direttamente al Coordinatore del team, la nuova risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività: Coordinamento attività amministrative sui grandi clienti: gestione eventi missione, ciclo paghe, contestazioni, assunzioni Reportistica varia periodica Coordinamento delle selezioni in corso attivate alle filiali interessate: approfondimento job description coi clienti, screening curriculum di secondo livello, organizzazione colloqui, invio cv ai clienti e follow up Coordinamento attività tirocini Organizzazione attività formative in collaborazione con Enti preposti Collaborazione progetti interdipartimentali Si richiede: Laurea ambito umanistico o amministrazione del personale Esperienza minima in un ruolo amministrativo o di selezione Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto office (in particolare Excel) Completano il profilo competenze di problem solving, gestione delle priorità, dello stress e supportività, capacità lavoro team Offriamo un percorso di formazione in ingresso e continua, un concreto percorso di crescita personale e professionale, momenti di condivisione e confronto con i colleghi di altre filiali e di Sede, un contesto operativo stimolante e in crescita.
L'attività si svolgerà presso gli uffici di Direzione a Torino in Via Pisa n.
29, dal lunedì al venerdì con orario full time.
Il contratto e l'inquadramento saranno discussi in fase di selezione.
