Procurement transformation within WATER PUMPS & CIRCULATOR EU in order to speed up Time to Market, keeping focus on Quality and cost effectiveness.Being active part (project buyer & coordinator) in product development project activities aligned with Xylem sourcing strategies and commodity team.Support to develop Procurement Annual Plans for Water Pumps & circulator EU with special focus on value engineering activities (includes identifying VE opportunities) and Xylem PD savingsInitiate, manage and be active part in value engineering Idea Generation, activities/projects.Required qualifications: Degree in engineering or Economics field (master degree preferred).Overall knowledge of manufacturing processes with broad technical expertiseat least 2-5 years of experience in roles like Procurement, Engineering PM, and Project Management
