JOB PURPOSE AND PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to smooth operational processes in the country, by delivering high quality about local port operations & empty equipment flows in cooperation with our RPC in Poland. If applicable organize all empty transportation in most efficient way within given guidelines. The position ofPorts and Operation coordinator reports directly to the Senior coordinator within the Operations division at ONE Italy. ONE is currently in a digital transformation process. The Job outlinedis likely to evolve alongside the mentionedimplementations and transformations overall. REQUIRED SKILLSAND COMPETENCES - 3 / 5 years of relevant working experience in shipping, ideally within operations and/or feeder/port or container transport / management. - Business Awareness - Communication - Problem Solving - Planning and Organisation - Decision Making - Team Work - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to prioritise own workload - Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach - GoodEnglish written and spoken - Diligent with high standards of accuracy and eye on details WHAT WE OFFER Market based salary - Lunch vouchers – Insurance - Pension fund
