20seconds è un social network in fase di lancio, destinato a trasformare il mondo del lavoro e della ricerca del personale attraverso caratteristiche uniche. Stiamo cercando un Direttore Esecutivo per guidare e coordinare le operazioni giornaliere.

Ruolo: Head of Operations / Direttore Esecutivo

Requisiti essenziali:

Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti online: È indispensabile aver fondato e sviluppato un progetto online da zero, con una preferenza per esperienze in startup di app o e-commerce (prodotti digitali o fisici).

Marketing e social media marketing: Profonda conoscenza delle strategie di marketing, inclusa la pubblicità online (Facebook ADS, Google ADS), e influencer marketing.

Copywriting: Capacità di creare contenuti persuasivi e di impatto.

Project management: Competenze nella gestione di progetti, inclusa la pianificazione, l'organizzazione, la direzione e il controllo delle risorse.

Adattabilità e resilienza: Capacità di gestire l'incertezza e di adattarsi rapidamente ai cambiamenti durante il processo.

Competenze comunicative: Eccellenti abilità di comunicazione scritta e verbale, capacità di negoziare con i partner, e presentare idee a potenziali investitori o clienti.

Requisiti desiderati (non obbligatori):

Conoscenze tecniche relative a siti web, app e piattaforme online.

Competenze in sviluppo web e design web.

Responsabilità:

Co-progetterai la strategia di lancio della nostra app sui social media.

Redigerai e aggiornerai il piano editoriale per i contenuti social.

Monitorerai e analizzerai i dati e i risultati delle attività di marketing, sia contenuti organici che sponsorizzazioni a pagamento.

Collaborerai con fondatore e consulenti per rifinire e implementare la strategia, prendendo decisioni basate sui feedback ricevuti.
