**Mission
**We are looking for a Project Buyer:Contributing to win projects for factory in tendering stage by Nego & COS & QVE & localization,Improving margin level on projects,Contributing business continuity in plant,Contributing to get customer satisfaction,Preventing margin level across to supplier's non-compliance.What will you do?Reporting to the Operations Procurement Manager of PSSP Cluster the Customer Project Buyer (CPB) will work with the Plant Tendering Team Plant to anticipate at tendering stage the best sources of supply to optimize & improve the competitiveness of the “quote to win” offers.At Tendering stage for large contracts, the CPB will ensureThe early involvement of the Procurement function in Customer Contracts,The introduction of supplier strategies as earlier as possible in the project stage,The CPB will secure the purchasing contribution at tendering and execution stage for large projects.At Execution Stage, after the contract is awarded the CPB is responsible to coordinate the purchasing of project specific materials with a vision focused on customer needs.The CPB is the key contributor to projects purchases,The CPB ensures speed and efficiency on project specific purchases providing goods & services on time & on Budget to meet the needs of the Customer & Project team,The CPB will manage selectively the procurement actions to optimize project cost & maximize margin contribution for projects.
