Leap29 Junior Project Manager Leap29 have a fantastic opportunity which is available to be based in Milan, as Junior Project Manager responsible for overseeing and streamlining the development of assigned projects, whether they're greenfield or partially developed, with the aim of achieving Ready to Build status within agreed timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include:

Managing projects under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager to ensure quality within budget and timeline constraints.

Identifying and addressing risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure feasibility and attractiveness to the market.

Coordinating with external consultants and legal experts.

Obtaining necessary permits (e.g., Environmental, Building) until Ready to Build status is attained.

Securing Grid Conditions and Connection Agreements with utility providers.

Facilitating land access in collaboration with the Land Manager.

Managing stakeholder relationships with various parties.

Participating in Due Diligence processes during acquisitions.

Staying updated on relevant legislation and market trends.

Representing employer in a professional manner at all times.

Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector.

Bachelor’s degree, likely in engineering, environmental science/law, or related fields.

Professional conduct and representation of the company.

Team player with a focus on delivery, capable of managing multiple tasks while adhering to budget and timeline requirements.

Adaptive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
