, PhilippinesJob Family Group:Contracting and ProcurementWorker Type:RegularPosting Start Date:February 12, 2023Business unit:Projects and TechnologyExperience Level: Experienced ProfessionalsJob Description: Purpose: The CP Lead – Data Operations for Integrated Gas, Categories, Projects, and Renewable Energy Solutions (IGCPRES) position will be accountable for the E2E operational data management and improvement journey for a particular business. This position will interface with multiple stakeholders across CP Operations, Supply Chain (SC) or Contracting and Procurement (CP)-in-Business and across the e2e natural partners outside SC/CP eg IT, Accounts Payable etc. The candidate must inspire a team and demonstrate effective leadership skills for a virtual team.He/she must ensure the Data operating model delivers business value in the new macro context.

This would require working with the respective Data stakeholders within and outside CP/SC to develop and operate accurate and reliable CP/SC data, enabling businesses to improve its financial performance, safeguard license to operate and achieve CP/SC goals (eg availability, cost etc). Data must be reliable, enable digitalization, and is trusted. This allows Shell to maximize bottom line impact from operational spend and in parallel liberating time for asset-based Business and CP/SC colleagues.Principal Accountabilities:Partner with business stakeholders (typically GM-1 or GM-2 levels) for particular assets within UP to determine and understand critical data requirements in the various supply chainsEnsure Data Quality (Right First time, Data is Trusted) in place; Embed Data Culture within CP/SC OrganizationEnsure operationalisation of data designs that can eliminate waste, transform towards right-first time and strong data quality. Ensure disciplined daily execution of operational data processes across e2e CP to enable improvement and optimisation of supply chains and thus contributing to RDS targets for improved cost and delivery.Develop a highly talented and engaged community as ‘motivated entrepreneurs’ and ensuring strong business connectivity, leading from the front while empowering staff. Enable people to succeed by removing barriers to performance, providing development opportunities, addressing underperformance and rewarding success.Ensure significant time liberation, work simplification by creating capacity through automation so CP Data can take on more complex value driven work.Dimensions: Typically 10-15 Direct ReportsSpecial Challenges:Has capacity and curiosity to understand business requirements, how the ‘business works’, what data means to supply chains and actionable outcomes to enable step change towards “Data as an Asset” for whole of SC/CP.Diverse virtual stakeholders across CP/SC leadership teams, FOD - AP, IT, TAO etc.Strong Data knowledge and awareness will be an advantage.
