working in house within the renewable energy sector or acting for renewable energy project developers in private practice.· Proven track record in drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction contracts
(including, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements, service level agreements, PPAs,
warranty documents and performance guarantees, contract for obtaining proper rights on the lands;· Past experience in (i) dealing with complex transactions (e.g.: Mergers & Acquisitions, negotiation of energy services agreements and consumer protection matters) and
(ii) project finance transactions related to Renewable assets is a plus.· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including international teams, within a complex organization and to provide business advice in the twofold role of business development partner and guarantor of the Company’s integrity.· Extensive knowledge of Italian energy laws and regulations, with particular focus on Renewables.· General breadth of practical legal and business knowledge to support one or more practice areas.· Effective legal communication skills (written, verbal, active listening).· Italian and fluency in English (both written and spoken) are strictly required.
